Established in the fall of 2002, Glide Magazine (www.glidemagazine.com) has grown to become a premier online entertainment resource. By continuing to avoid the rudimentary confines of genre or style, we’re able to devote our ongoing focus to covering today’s most innovative artists, regardless of musical concept or artistic method. Over the years, that basic vision has allowed us to offer our readers an audacious look at all the best in music, culture and life.

No boundaries give us the freedom to cover anyone and anything that’s moving art forward. So while we naturally tend to gravitate towards the music side of the spectrum, we also offer a glimpse into the world of independent filmmakers, progressive authors and even a bit of outdoor exploration.

What began as a simple website with no expectations and little fanfare has evolved into a comprehensive, award winning online collective, comprised of over one-hundred talented editorial contributors, photographers and dedicated site staff. Four years after our initial launch, Glide v. 3.0 moves our initial mission forward, utilizing new media technology and numerous site enhancements to further expand the Glide user experience.
